Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Account info — your email address and password (stored encrypted, we never see your plain-text password).
• Deal & pay-plan data — whatever you enter yourself: deal numbers, customer/vehicle descriptions, gross profit, commission figures, draw amounts, and your pay-plan settings.
• Billing info — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive and store your subscription status and renewal date, but never your full card number.
• Basic usage/error data — automatically collected technical error reports (via Sentry) to help us fix bugs.

2. How We Use It

We use this information solely to operate the Service: to authenticate you, calculate and display your commission/bonus figures, process your subscription, and email you things like login confirmations and password resets. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your deal data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you.

3. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run Closer Log, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy/security terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — delivery of account emails (confirmation, password reset).
• Sentry — error monitoring.

We don't share your data with anyone else, and never sell it.

4. Data Isolation & Security

Your deal and pay-plan data is isolated at the database level — other users, including other salespeople using Closer Log, cannot see your data, and you cannot see theirs. Connections to the Service are encrypted in transit.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email ridanduardo@gmail.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Closer Log is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
