Terms of Service

1. The Service

Closer Log lets you log your own sales deals and calculates commission, bonuses, and draw balances based on figures and pay plan settings you enter yourself. It is a personal record-keeping and estimation tool — it is not connected to your employer's payroll or DMS system, and figures shown in Closer Log are not a substitute for your official pay stub or dealership records. You're responsible for verifying any figures against your employer's official records before relying on them.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Closer Log is offered on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. New subscriptions may include a free trial period; a valid payment method is required to start one, and unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and billing begins.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Closer Log never receives or stores your full card number.

4. Your Data

You own the deal and pay-plan data you enter into Closer Log. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it's collected, used, and stored.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another user's data, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any commission, bonus, or draw calculation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closer Log is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any pay discrepancy between the Service and your employer's official records. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
